I have always felt a deep passion for the human psyche, for the intimate experiences and emotions of each individual, for the different prisms through which we see the world, for the stories and prehistories that shape and weave our lives. I believe in the healing power that comes from accepting who we are.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I remember that as a child, I loved listening to the life stories my grandfather shared with me. There was a box full of family photographs, where I discovered people I didn\u2019t even know, slipping momentarily into past and unknown stories that fascinated me completely. From my adult perspective, I now understand that a deep interest in the stories hidden behind people was being forged in me\u2014stories full of meaning, experiences, emotions, and intimacy. It is necessary to bring these stories to light and expose them to life as our greatest treasures, so we can feel the joy of being who we are.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All my experiences, sometimes tinged with pain and other times with immense joy, have woven together to give meaning to what is now my professional activity, which has developed around psychotherapeutic work and education. I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to accompany each individual and support the fascinating journey of self-discovery.<\/p>

This entire path has involved an intense process of introspection and personal analysis, which I believe is essential for conducting psychotherapeutic accompaniment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Motivated by a desire to learn about life, I studied Biology at UAM, and later Psychology at UOC, deepening my studies through various trainings:<\/p>

  • Master’s in Humanistic Psychotherapy<\/strong> (Rogers, Gestalt, Focusing, and Bioenergetics) at the Carl Rogers Institute in Barcelona<\/li>
  • Seminars in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy<\/strong> at the Association School of Psychoanalytic Clinic for Children and Adolescents in Madrid (AECPNA)<\/li>
  • Expert in Integrative Humanistic Child Therapy<\/strong> at the Galene Institute in Madrid<\/li>
  • Lifespan Integration<\/strong> (ICV) with Andrea M\u00e4rtens<\/li>
  • Therapy and counseling<\/strong> with dolls<\/strong>, through Prisca Training, Barcelona<\/li>
  • Positive Discipline Workshop for Families<\/strong>, by the Positive Discipline Association<\/li>
  • Sandplay Therapy<\/strong>, by the Spanish Association of Play Therapy<\/li>

    A moment of inner revolution in my life came with my first motherhood. That little being in my womb, and later in my arms, awakened a deep desire within me to nurture the human soul. Two more children followed, and with them, I continued on my path of learning.<\/p>

    Another field that has nourished me both personally and professionally has been the artistic avenue, through which I found a different language to connect with the emotional, dreamlike, and creative world. Specifically, music and theater have been my companions on this journey. I have been involved with music since I was a child, studying piano professionally at the Conservatory of Madrid. Through music, I was able to express many emotions and sensations, and its beauty instilled in me a sensitivity to the intangible and the subtle. Later, I discovered theater as a source of freedom and creativity, allowing me to channel my need for spontaneity and play, to be surprised by unknown parts of myself, and to approach the human drama through the various characters and stories I embodied. I studied theater at the Desmond Jones School of Mime and Physical Theatre in London and at the Lecoq School, Estudis de Teatre in Barcelona.<\/p>

    Becoming a mother encouraged me to want to support childhood, both from a therapeutic and educational perspective. Driven by these interests, I trained as a Montessori guide for early childhood at the Montessori Institute of San Diego, USA, and in relational psychomotor practice with Bernard Aucouturier at the CEFOPP school in Madrid.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
