“I would like to know what really happens in a book when it is closed. Of course, inside there are only letters printed on paper, but still, something must be happening, because as soon as I open it, a whole story unfolds.”.
“The Neverending Story“. Michael Ende

There are times in life when we need to stop and take care of ourselves. We need to listen to our authentic emotions, often silenced by the demands of life, and understand what moves and drives us in our actions. We need to update ourselves, recognize old patterns that were useful at some point in our lives but now weigh us down and disconnect us from our true feelings.
Sometimes this journey begins when symptoms arise that can manifest in various ways (anxiety, depression, addiction, phobia, etc.) as a wake-up call from our psyche.
In therapy, I offer a space of absolute care and respect for the person to embark on a journey toward themselves and their way of seeing and feeling the world. It is an intimate journey, a meeting with one’s own history, that will awaken emotions, sensations, images, and thoughts that will guide the path to weaving life, shedding light on those more unknown and uninhabited parts of our being. As the person begins to feel more psychically strengthened, they will be able to connect with their experience, integrating an acceptance of themselves that will allow them to spread their wings and explore new paths in their psychic life. This journey will lead them to an internal transformation toward a more connected, free, and fulfilled being.
